Delivery & Return
We ship all items using Express Courier service from PARZEL, ARAMEX or FEDEX for delivery directly to your home or office. You will need to provide complete delivery address (we do not deliver to PO BOX numbers) and a contact mobile phone number at the time of the order.
Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your order is received, and we will send you the tracking number on your mobile phone or email as soon as the shipment is on the way. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
All AQUAE products are handmade and as such, there may be slight variations in the colour and size of some items.
We are more than happy to exchange items which are faulty or damaged during shipping. You have 14 days to return the goods for exchange. You are responsible for the safe carriage of items to Aquae Jewels. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing.
To arrange a return please email email@example.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for replacement. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Aquae Jewels packaging.
