Our rings can be resized up to two sizes up or down from their original measurement.
It's important to note that certain designs cannot be resized due to their specific configuration. However, if we have a replacement available in your desired size, we're happy to exchange it for you.

If your Aquae Jewels piece has been damaged, we'll repair it and return it to you, restored to its original condition. In cases where repair isn't possible and you're still within the 5-year warranty period, we'll provide you with the option of a direct replacement or a voucher.
