The Diamond Heart Belly Button sets a heart-cut white diamond in the navel and a round white diamond above it, with the heart offered at approx. 0.25 ct, 0.40 ct or 0.50 ct, on approx. 0.90 g to 1.80 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

The two stones sit either side of the piercing and are set in opposite ways. The 0.10 ct round diamond rests above the navel, closed in a rim of gold the whole way round. The heart sits in the navel itself, held by a claw on each lobe and mounted point downward, with a small gold bead finishing the setting just beneath the point. Every stone here is white diamond, round and heart alike.

The gold doubles between the smallest and largest option, from 0.90 g to 1.80 g, so the setting grows with the stone rather than holding a large diamond on a light bar. The Gemstone Heart Belly Button is built the same way with an emerald, blue sapphire or pink sapphire heart in place of the diamond.
