Chain earrings

The Calas Earrings set diamonds in a very fine gold mount, on approx. 0.60 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

At 0.60 g these are among the lightest earrings in the range, carrying 0.10 ct — so almost a sixth of the piece by weight is stone. Made to be worn every day and stacked rather than to stand alone.

The Double Fairy Flower Rope Earrings set two diamond fairy flowers on a 7 cm rope-textured gold chain, on approx. 1.60 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

Two flowers rather than one, which is why it carries 0.36 ct against the single Fairy Flower Rope's 0.18 ct on 1.25 g — exactly double the stone for a third more gold.

The Rope Pear Earrings link two pear-cut diamonds with a 7 cm gold chain, on approx. 1.10 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

A stone at each end of the chain means the piece can be worn either way up, or threaded between two piercings so the chain crosses the ear. At 0.50 ct on only 1.10 g of gold the diamonds carry almost the whole piece.

The Loop Earrings hang a fine gold chain from a single diamond, on approx. 0.50 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark) per single piece, in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

At 0.50 g this is among the lightest earrings in the range — one stone and a loop of chain, with nothing else. The chain swings below the diamond rather than being set into it, so the piece moves. Note the figures are for a single earring.

The Brillant Rope Earrings finish a 7 cm gold chain with a round diamond at each end, on approx. 1.0 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark) per single piece, in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

A stone at both ends lets the chain be worn either way up, or threaded between two piercings. At 1.0 g and 0.12 ct it sits at the lighter end of the rope earrings, against the Rope Solitaire's 0.85 ct on 2.20 g. Note the figures are for a single earring.

The Britney Diamond Earrings set white diamonds on a 7 cm gold rope chain, on approx. 1.00 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark) per single piece, in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

This fiche gives both bases, so the two can be compared directly: 1.00 g and 0.24 ct per earring, 2.00 g and 0.48 ct for the pair. At 0.24 ct on a single gram of gold, the stones carry almost the whole piece.

The Bohemian Earrings hang a 0.10 ct solitaire from a delicate gold cable chain, on approx. 1.50 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

A cable chain has round links that lie flat and turn freely, so the solitaire swings rather than sitting fixed. One stone and nothing else — the most restrained of the chain earrings.

The Daisy Chain Earrings combine pearls with white diamonds on a gold chain, on approx. 2.0 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

The chain version of the Daisy studs: the same 0.20 ct of diamond and the same pearls, but on 2.0 g rather than 1.40 g of gold, and hanging rather than fixed — so the piece moves as you do.
