Lab-Grown Earrings

The Pure Solitaire Stud Earrings set a single brilliant diamond in each ear, in solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

Six stone weights are offered from 0.10 ct up to 2 ct per earring, and the gold rises with them from 0.400 g to 1.50 g — a larger stone needs a larger mount to hold it. All figures are per single earring, so a 2 ct pair carries 4 ct in total. Each piece can be bought singly or as a pair.

The price does not rise in step with the carat weight: a single 2 ct brilliant is far rarer than four stones of half a carat, and the diamond market prices it accordingly. That is why the step from 1 ct to 2 ct is steeper than the step from 0.40 ct to 0.50 ct.

One of five Pure Solitaire studs, identical but for the cut of the stone — oval here, plus round, heart, pear and marquise, all on the same gold ladder. An oval is the least angular of the shaped cuts, so it reads softest on the lobe. All figures are per single earring.

The Auriol Pear Earrings set a single pear-cut diamond in a fine gold stud, on approx. 0.80 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark) per single piece, in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.

One of three Auriol studs, identical but for the cut of the stone — pear here, plus a marquise and an emerald cut, all at 0.60 ct on 0.80 g. The pear is rounded at one end and pointed at the other, so it has a direction the other two do not. Sold singly, so it can be worn as a pair or alone.
