The Carolina Wedding Band sets a diamond hibiscus flower motif along a substantial gold band, on approx. 7.30 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), in yellow, rose or white gold, with a certificate of authenticity.
Among the most substantial of the wedding bands at 7.30 g — most of the others run from 2.0 g to 5.30 g, with only the Nova heavier at 8.0 g — and the most heavily set of the motif bands at 0.47 ct. A hibiscus has broad open petals, so the diamonds spread across a wider surface than a plain row would. The Carolina Hoop Earrings use the same motif.
