Questions

Can I send the name in English letters?Yes. Type it in Latin letters and our atelier prepares the Arabic calligraphy for you. You approve the rendering before anything is made.

How long does it take?You receive your rendering within 24 hours. Once approved, each piece is made to order in our atelier and shipped with free insured delivery.

What if I don't like the rendering?Tell us and we adjust it, or change the script. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

Will the gold fade?No. This is solid 18K gold throughout, hallmarked 750 — not plated, not vermeil. There is no surface layer to wear away.

Do you ship to my country?We ship worldwide, insured and free, with duties and taxes already included in the price you see at checkout.
