Yes. Every piece is made in solid 18K gold, hallmarked 750 — never plated, never gold-filled, never vermeil. Our diamonds are natural, G–H in colour and VS in clarity; our coloured stones are AAA grade.

The exact gold weight and stone weight of this piece are listed under Product Details, and both are recorded on the certificate that ships with it.

Within 5 to 10 business days of your order, wherever you are. Each piece is finished to order in our atelier, then travels by DHL or FedEx International Priority, insured and tracked. Engraved and bespoke pieces follow the same timeline.

If you need it by a date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: yes. The price you see already includes taxes and duties, it does not change at checkout, and nothing is collected on delivery — we handle customs clearance for you.

United Arab Emirates: the piece ships domestically from our Dubai atelier, so there are no customs duties. 5% VAT is already included in the displayed price — there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Other destinations: taxes and duties are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay; nothing further on delivery.

Taxes and duties are not refundable if you return the piece.

Yes. Payment runs on Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout, the same infrastructure used by millions of stores. Your card number is encrypted and passed directly to the payment provider; it never touches our systems and we never store it.

Banks may ask you to confirm the payment in your banking app (3-D Secure) — that is a normal step, not a decline.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return a full-price piece, no reason needed, and returns are free: we send a prepaid, insured courier label and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece. The piece must be unworn, in its original box, with its certificate. Taxes and duties are not refundable.

Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): returns are accepted for an exchange or a store credit for the full amount rather than a refund, requested within 14 days of receipt.

Personalised, engraved and made-to-order pieces are made for you alone and cannot be returned.

Manufacturing defects and accidental damage, in every country, for five years from delivery, including on sale and personalised pieces: a loosened setting, a failed clasp, a broken or caught link, a knocked stone, a stone lost through a setting fault. We repair or replace at no cost, and resizing and repolishing are free within the same five years.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft.

Yes. Every piece arrives in our signature white box with a grey satin ribbon, with the certificate tucked inside. Add a gift message at checkout and we will hand-write it on a card; no price appears anywhere in the parcel.

The recipient can exchange the piece for another size or design within 14 days, and we can ship directly to them.

Yes. Send us a sketch, a photograph or a description and we come back with a proposal and a quote at no cost. Bespoke pieces are made in the same atelier, in the same 18K gold and stone grades, and delivered within the same 5–10 business days as our standard pieces.

Like all personalised pieces they cannot be returned, but they are covered by the five-year warranty.
