How long does it take?You receive your rendering within 24 hours. Once approved, each piece is made to order in our atelier and shipped with free insured delivery.

What if I don't like the rendering?Tell us and we adjust it. Nothing goes into production until you say yes.

Will the gold fade?No. This is solid 18K gold throughout, hallmarked 750 — not plated, not vermeil. There is no surface layer to wear away.

Is it ready to give as a gift?Yes. Every piece arrives in our signature box with its certificate of authenticity. As each name is made for one person, personalised pieces cannot be returned, which is why we send you a rendering to approve before production.

Do you ship to my country?We ship worldwide, insured and free. For the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland and the Gulf, taxes and duties are included in the price you see, with nothing to pay on delivery; for other destinations they are shown at checkout before you pay.
