Yes. Every piece is made in solid 18K gold, hallmarked 750 — never plated, never gold-filled, never vermeil. Our diamonds are natural, G–H in colour and VS in clarity, unless the piece is labelled Lab-Grown (our lab-grown diamonds are D–E colour, VS1 clarity). Our coloured stones are AAA grade.

The exact gold weight and stone weight of this piece are listed under Product Details, and both are recorded on the certificate that ships with it.

Your piece is finished to order in our atelier and dispatched within 5–7 business days, then delivered within 7–10 business days of your order, by DHL or FedEx International Priority, insured and tracked. Engraved and bespoke pieces may take a little longer; we confirm the date with you.

If you need it by a date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

United States, United Kingdom, most EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Australia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman: yes. The price you see already includes taxes and duties, it does not change at checkout, and nothing is collected on delivery — we handle customs clearance for you. The full country list is in our Delivery & Return policy.

Canada: customs duties are included; sales tax (GST/HST/PST) is added at checkout. Nothing is collected on delivery.

United Arab Emirates: the piece ships domestically from our Dubai atelier, so there are no customs duties. 5% VAT is already included in the displayed price — there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Other destinations, including Hong Kong: taxes and duties are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay; nothing further on delivery.

Taxes and duties are not refundable if you return the piece.

For orders above USD 5,000 we also accept bank transfer — message us and we send the details and hold the piece for you.

Yes. Payment runs on Shopify's PCI DSS Level 1 certified checkout, the same infrastructure used by millions of stores. Your card number is encrypted and passed directly to the payment provider; it never touches our systems and we never store it.

Banks may ask you to confirm the payment in your banking app (3-D Secure) — that is a normal step, not a decline.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return any piece, including pieces bought on sale or with a discount code, no reason needed, and returns are free: we send a prepaid, insured courier label and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece. The piece must be unworn, in its original box, with its certificate. Taxes and duties are not refundable.

UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: returns are accepted for an exchange or a store credit for the full amount rather than a refund, requested within 14 days of receipt. Saudi Arabia follows the full-refund rule above.

Personalised, engraved and bespoke pieces are made for you alone and cannot be returned.

Manufacturing defects and accidental damage, in every country, for five years from delivery, including on sale and personalised pieces: a loosened setting, a failed clasp, a broken or caught link, a knocked stone, a stone lost through a setting fault. We repair or replace at no cost, and resizing and repolishing are free within the same five years.

The warranty does not cover loss or theft.

Yes. Every piece arrives in our signature white box with a grey satin ribbon, with the certificate tucked inside. Add a gift message at checkout and we will hand-write it on a card; no price appears anywhere in the parcel.

The recipient can exchange the piece for another size or design within 14 days, and we can ship directly to them.

Yes. Send us a sketch, a photograph or a description and we come back with a proposal and a quote at no cost. Once you approve the design, the piece is made in the same atelier, in the same 18K gold and stone grades, and completed in about 5–10 business days.

Like all personalised pieces they cannot be returned, but they are covered by the five-year warranty.
