Each custom piece is handcrafted to order. The process usually takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on the design complexity. We will always confirm the exact timeline before production begins.

Yes. We provide a design sketch or CAD visual for approval before moving into production, ensuring the final piece reflects your vision perfectly.

All Aquae Jewels custom pieces are made from 100% solid 18K gold (750) and set with diamonds or AAA-quality natural gemstones. We never use plating or lower-grade materials.

There is no fixed minimum budget. Pricing depends on the design, gold weight, and stone selection. We work closely with each client to create a piece that aligns with both their vision and budget.
