The Foundation of Fine Jewelry
Aquae Jewels is a Dubai-based fine jewelry brand specializing in handcrafted jewelry made from solid 18K gold, natural diamonds, and premium precious gemstones.
The quality of a piece is decided long before it is worn. It is decided by the materials chosen, the hands that work them, and the standards held at every stage in between. Everything below is what goes into an Aquae Jewels piece, stated plainly.
Every piece is stamped 750 — the mark for 18K gold, 75% pure. It is the difference between solid gold and a plated surface, and it is on the metal itself rather than only on the paperwork.
Each creation is delivered with a certificate stating its gold, its stones and their specifications — and every piece is covered by our 5-Year Warranty.
Why Materials Matter

Solid, never plated
Every Aquae Jewels creation is crafted in solid 18K gold. We do not use gold-plated, gold-filled or vermeil materials in any collection.
18K gold is 75% pure gold — the balance most fine jewellery houses settle on between richness of colour, durability and everyday wear. It is hallmarked 750 on the piece itself.

Solid gold vs gold-plated
Gold-plated jewelry carries a thin layer of gold over another metal. That layer wears away, and what is underneath is not gold.
Solid 18K gold is gold throughout. It can be resized, repaired and repolished decades later — which is what makes a piece inheritable rather than disposable.
Natural stones, specified in writing
Aquae Jewels uses natural diamonds. For bespoke commissions, our house standard is VS clarity and G-H colour; on ready-made pieces the exact specification of each stone is stated on its product page and on the Certificate of Authenticity.
Very Slightly Included — inclusions that are generally invisible to the naked eye. The level where beauty and value meet.
Near-colourless. Once set into gold the stones read bright and white, without paying for a distinction the eye cannot see.
Chosen first, set second
Stones are selected before the piece is made, not fitted to it afterwards. Each one is reviewed for light performance, symmetry, proportions and how it will sit in the setting it is destined for. Those that do not meet the standard go back.
It is the reason two pieces of the same design are never quite identical, and why we can tell you exactly what is in yours.
Emerald, ruby and sapphire — chosen stone by stone.
Emeralds, rubies, sapphires
Emeralds are chosen for colour, transparency and their suitability for the piece they will sit in. Rubies for the depth and evenness of their red. Sapphires for brilliance and hardness — and not only in blue, since sapphire occurs naturally in several colours.
Your own stones
For bespoke projects we source stones to your design and budget, and we can build a piece around a stone you already own, subject to inspection. This is the route most heirloom redesigns take.
From Concept to Creation
Exceptional materials are half of it. Every piece passes through eight stages, all of them inside our own workshop in Dubai. The full sequence is set out on our custom jewelry process page.

You approve it before it exists
Every commission is modelled in CAD and sent to you before a gram of gold is cut. Dimensions, proportions, stone placement, balance and wearability are all settled on screen, where changes cost nothing. Production starts only once you have approved the rendering.
Stone setting
Setting is the most specialised stage of the work. Solitaires, pavé, emerald centre stones, multi-stone designs — each is secured by hand for durability as much as for looks.
Finishing and quality control
Each piece is polished, then inspected against gold quality, stone specification, setting security, measurements and finish. Only then is it boxed.
