Every Aquae Jewels piece leaves our atelier insured, beautifully presented, and accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. Here is everything you need to know before and after it reaches you.

Shipping

Delivery time
Your piece is dispatched within 5–7 business days of your order and delivered within 7–10 business days, production included. Engraved and bespoke pieces may take a little longer; we will confirm the timeline with you directly.

Your order is sold by Aquae Jewels Inc. It is crafted in our Dubai atelier and shipped from the United Arab Emirates by our affiliate Tannir Gold and Jewelry Trading L.L.C.

Carriers
We ship worldwide with DHL and FedEx International Priority. Every parcel is fully insured until signed for on receipt.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the atelier.

Delivery addresses
A signature is required on delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Taxes and duties — nothing to pay on delivery

  • Included in the price: United States, United Kingdom, these European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Australia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. We handle customs clearance on your behalf.
  • Canada: customs duties are included; sales tax (GST/HST/PST) is added at checkout.
  • United Arab Emirates: your piece ships domestically from Dubai, so there are no customs duties; 5% VAT is included in the price.
  • All other destinations, including Hong Kong and other EU countries: taxes and duties are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

14 days to change your mind
You may return any piece within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — including pieces bought on sale, during a promotion or with a discount code. Simply write to us at contact@aquae-jewels.com.

Free returns
Returns cost you nothing. We provide a prepaid, insured courier label for the return.

Condition
Pieces must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging, with their certificate of authenticity. Please send them back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

Refunds
Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the piece, to the payment method used for the purchase. Taxes and duties paid on the order are not refunded.

What cannot be returned
Personalised, engraved and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created for you alone.

United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman
Orders delivered to these countries are not eligible for a refund. Within 14 days of delivery we offer instead a store credit for the full amount, valid on aquae-jewels.com, or an exchange for another piece. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Saudi Arabia
Orders delivered to Saudi Arabia can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, under the same conditions as above.

Warranty & Aftercare

Five-year warranty
Every Aquae Jewels creation is covered for five years against manufacturing defects — in every country, and including pieces bought during a sale or personalised for you.

Complimentary care
Repairs, polishing, resizing and repairs for accidental damage are all provided free of charge on request. Your piece returns to the hands that made it.
