Initial Charm Offer – Terms

From 1 October to 15 October 2026 inclusive, Aquae Jewels offers an 18K gold initial charm with every eligible order placed on aquae-jewels.com.

Eligibility

One charm per order, for any order with a subtotal of USD 1,000 or more, or the equivalent in your local currency. The subtotal is calculated after any discount and excludes shipping, taxes and duties.

The offer applies to orders placed on aquae-jewels.com only. It does not apply to purchases made through our stockists or in store, and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code.

The gift

A new diamond initial charm, designed by our atelier exclusively for this offer: approx. 0.06 ct of diamonds on approx. 0.34 g of solid 18K gold (750 hallmark), approx. 6 mm high, in yellow, white or rose gold, with the initial of your choice — any letter of the Latin alphabet (A to Z) or of the Arabic alphabet (ا to ي). To receive it, add the charm to your cart with your chosen initial and gold colour; it becomes free at checkout once your order reaches USD 1,000. The gift cannot be exchanged for another piece, nor converted into cash or store credit.

Each charm is made to order in our atelier and ships together with your order, within our usual dispatch time of 5 to 7 business days.

Returns

As a personalised piece, the gifted charm cannot be returned. If an order is returned and its remaining value falls below USD 1,000, the value of the charm will be deducted from the refund, or from the store credit for orders delivered to the Gulf region.
